The Undead Forsaken:

Free of the Lich King's grasp, the Forsaken seek to overthrow his rule. Led by the banshee Sylvanas, they hunger for vengeance against the Scourge. Humans, too have become the enemy, relentless in their drive to purge all undead from the land. The Forsaken care little even for their allies; to them the Horde is merely a tool that may further their dark schemes.

Character Creation Options

Racial Mount: Undead Steed

Not even the noble steeds that succumbed to the Plague are allowed any rest in the hands of the Forsaken. Through an arcane mix of alchemy and necromancy - the Royal Apothecary Society has raised numerous fallen steeds to serve as mounts for the vengeful dead. These undead steeds are as strong as they were in life, and far more resilient. An unfortunate characteristic, however - one that the Forsaken are none too enamored with – is the steeds’ almost universal stubbornness. From death and beyond, the mighty steeds still cling to the willful spirit that served them in life.

The Undercity: Home of the Forsaken

Far beneath the ruined capital city of Lordaeron, the royal crypts have been turned into a bastion of evil and undeath. Originally intended by Prince Arthas to be the Scourge's seat of power, the budding "Undercity" was abandoned when Arthas was recalled to aid the Lich King in distant Northrend. In Arthas's absence, the Dark Lady, Sylvanas Windrunner, led the rebel Forsaken to the Undercity, and claimed it for her own. Since taking up residence, the Forsaken have worked to complete the Undercity's construction by dredging the twisted maze of catacombs, tombs, and dungeons that Arthas began.

Voices

These audio files are just 1 of many for each race's male and female vocal commands. Players can use these commands to actually play an audio voice file of common phrases so that everyone nearby may here. Its a good way to communicate with your group, just incase anyone isnt reading the chat. The voice commands consist of the following:

  • Assist Me
  • Charge
  • Cheer
  • Flee
  • Follow
  • Wait
  • Help
  • Heal Me
  • Incomming
  • Open Fire
  • Out of mana
  • Raspberry

Each vocal command has an animation tied to it as well. There are other vocals in the game that only the player can hear. For example, if you are out of range of your target, your character will speak to you and say "I need to get closer" or "I'm to far away"
