The Troll Race:

Once at home in the jungles of Stranglethorn Vale, the fierce trolls of the Darkspear tribe were pushed out by warring factions. Eventually the trolls befriended the orcish Horde, and Thrall, the orcs' young warchief, convinced the trolls to travel with him to Kalimdor. Though they cling to their shadowy heritage, the Darkspear trolls hold a place of honor in the Horde..

Racial Mount: Raptor

The savage ferocity of Kalimdor's raptors has enthralled the Darkspear trolls since their arrival. They consider a raptor to be the truest form of a hunter, and as such, the tamed Troll Raptor is their mount of choice. A tamed raptor is truly a fearsome beast, as a skilled troll is able to channel their savagery to suit their will. A tamed raptor is also one of the most auspicious signs of station amongst the trolls; many have died trying to tame these swift and deadly hunter beasts, and to possess one indicates great station.

Orc/Troll City - Orgrimmar

Named in honor of the legendary Orgrim Doomhammer, Orgrimmar was founded to be the capital city of the Orcs' new homeland. Built within a huge, winding canyon in the harsh land of Durotar, Orgrimmar stands as one of the mightiest Warrior cities in the world. Behind Orgrimmar's immense walls, elderly Shamans patiently share their knowledge with the Horde's newest generation of leaders, while Warriors spar in the gladiatorial arena, honing their skills in preparation for the trials that await them in this dangerous land. .

Voices

These audio files are just 1 of many for each race's male and female vocal commands. Players can use these commands to actually play an audio voice file of common phrases so that everyone nearby may here. Its a good way to communicate with your group, just incase anyone isnt reading the chat. The voice commands consist of the following:

  • Assist Me
  • Charge
  • Cheer
  • Flee
  • Follow
  • Wait
  • Help
  • Heal Me
  • Incomming
  • Open Fire
  • Out of mana
  • Raspberry

Each vocal command has an animation tied to it as well. There are other vocals in the game that only the player can hear. For example, if you are out of range of your target, your character will speak to you and say "I need to get closer" or "I'm to far away"
